This weekend Troy and Mallory and some other people from Bintz are riding in the MS Bike Tour. It is a 150 mile bike ride near the Logan area. They are only going to ride on Saturday so they will probably ride 50 or 60 miles of it. They have been training for this bike ride for about 3 months now. I'm proud of them for their endurance. A couple of weeks ago they all rode around Bear Lake (50 miles). To help in their training. Every Saturday morning they have been riding about 25 miles. So hopefully they are ready. They are going to do this again next year if any of you are interested in joining "Team Bintz" biking for MS let Troy know. Most of those riding are going to stay at our cabin at Bear Lake. It will be fun.

Good for them. I am proud of them for doing this. I don't think I could ever go more than a few miles. It takes a lot of discipline to keep it up and I have a lot of respect for them both. Keep up the good work. It will pay off!
